Our products are widely represented in the plumbing industry and are used by renowned manufacturers. We manufacture ferrules with diameters of between 12 and 60 millimetres and can also supply custom dimensions. For many years, our deep-drawn parts have also been installed in premium fittings and ensure maximum reliability in daily use in the sanitaryware and plumbing sector.
We deep-draw on our 23 multiple die presses with pressing forces of up to 63 tonnes: ferrules made of stainless steel, steel, Inconell, aluminium, copper and brass. The smallest and largest technical values for the deep-draw process are: ferrule lengths of 5 to 60 millimetre, inner diameters of between 8 and 60 millimetres and material thicknesses of 0.3 to 1.5 millimetres.
