Our ferrules are customised technical components that are specially designed according to the wishes of our customers. They play a crucial role in modern fluid technology, such as hydraulic applications, brake lines or power steering. Thanks to reliable crimp ferrules, today they enable crucial hose connections, for example in fuel lines. Our highly heat-resistant steel sensor sleeves are used in exhaust systems and also in modern vehicle transmissions. Many of our metal ferrules are also required for the construction of reliable commercial vehicles and construction machinery. The national and international automobile supplier industry is one of our most important markets.
We deep-draw on our 23 multiple die presses with pressing forces of up to 63 tonnes: ferrules made of stainless steel, steel, Inconell, aluminium, copper and brass. The smallest and largest technical values for the deep-draw process are: ferrule lengths of 5 to 60 millimetre, inner diameters of between 8 and 60 millimetres and material thicknesses of 0.3 to 1.5 millimetres.
